Tammy Campbell is a Full-Time real estate broker based in the Napa Valley who has successfully served her clients’ real estate needs throughout the Bay Area for over 5 years. Associated with Napa County’s leading real estate firm, Coldwell Banker Brokers of the Valley, Tammy specializes in residential real estate for investors and homeowners in transactions ranging from luxury estates to distressed short sales and REO’s, including first home, second home , estate and vineyard properties.
In addition to her wide practical experience in real estate, her numerous professional designations attest to her drive to advance and broaden her skills to better serve her clientele. She obtained her Broker license over 4 years ago, followed by her Graduate of Real Estate Institute (GRI) designation and also gained certification from the National Association of Realtors as a Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource specialist. As a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist member she strategically places marketing efforts in target areas. Additionally she is certified as a Senior Real Estate Specialist, an Accredited Staging Professional and an Eco-Green specialist. First Quarter 2010 she was #13 sales Agent, at Coldwell Banker, in Napa county. Whether it is staging, energy efficiency, luxury sales, short sales, foreclosure or senior housing, Tammy has the knowledge to professionally advise her clients.
Tammy also works hard to advance the quality of the local real estate industry through her position as President of the Women’s Council of Realtors, Napa Valley Chapter, where she enjoys motivating and mentoring new industry members.
As a former cardiac nurse, Tammy never shies away from the challenges of successfully representing clients in real estate transactions. She believes that staying involved is important to best represent her clients. When not involved in real estate she can often be found walking her black Pomeranian “Monkey” and hiking the beautiful Napa Valley.
